We have a unique understanding of what it takes to be a parts manufacturer. Enshu runs an OEM parts manufacturing division using Enshu machines from our machine tool division. Through this arrangement, we become our own toughest customer!

As a testing ground for new technology, every new model has to run 2,000 hours in our own production facility before release to the general market. After a formal critique, engineering changes are incorporated to meet our own demanding expectations.

In addition, to satisfy our demanding automotive customers, Enshu is required to have a continuous improvement process and formal programs on MTBF and MTTR.
